Lo que hacen los ingleses con Madeleine, la verdad es que lo desconozco. Pero si leyó los posts anteriores habrá visto el Editorial a las recomendaciones de la Comisión de ADN de la Sociedad Internacional de Genética forense.

Abstract
The DNA commission of the International Society of Forensic Genetics (ISFG) was convened at the 21st congress of the International Society
for Forensic Genetics held between 13 and 17 September in the Azores, Portugal. The purpose of the group was to agree on guidelines to encourage
best practice that can be universally applied to assist with mixture interpretation. In addition the commission was tasked to provide guidance on low
copy number (LCN) reporting. Our discussions have highlighted a significant need for continuing education and research into this area. We have
attempted to present a consensus from experts but to be practical we do not claim to have conveyed a clear vision in every respect in this difficult
subject. For this reason, we propose to allow a period of time for feedback and reflection by the scientific community. Then the DNA commission
will meet again to consider further recommendations.

La probabilidad que dije está sacada de las combinaciones de alelos posibles, descartando los de Mohamed Oulad, para el caso de que la mezcla fuera de dos individuos. Recuerde que me han contado el informe con mucho detalle.
Esa probabilidad que recuerda ¿de dónde la recuerda? porque en el informe sobre las ropas de Vicálvaro no aparece.
Edito: ah, perdón. Hablaba usted del ejemplo aquel. Sería interesante recuperarlo, porque ...

Destaco: "Para concluir, debe añadirse, como bien lo apunta el fiscal en su escrito, que la prueba científica reseñada no establece certeza de la responsabilidad de ZZZZEEEEE ni lo expresa así el Tribunal."
Lo que pasa es que tenían otros indicios sólidos , como el reconocimiento del agresor por parte de la víctima y varias evidencias más.
